The instrument can carry out bidirectional measurement of varistors and make the quality of products more reliable.
The instrument has two triggering modes: single and continuous. It is not necessary to trigger the signal in a continuous time, but only by trigger signal or trigger key on the panel at a single time. Only a single test can be used to output the result of the sorting through the PLC interface.
The output voltage of the instrument can be set arbitrarily. If the suitable output voltage is selected, the contact arc can be effectively eliminated.The instrument panel operates with a key operation to turn on and turn off the output voltage, so as to avoid electric shock.
This instrument is used to measure and sorting the U0.1mA voltage and leakage current of varistors (including SMD and silver and lead products).U0.1mA and nonlinear index can be displayed through panel selection.There are two ways of measuring leakage current：Constant voltage measurement and XX.X% voltage measurement of U0.1mA can be selected by panel selection, and the pressure setting can be set arbitrarily,XX.X% voltage can be set between 00.0X% and 99.9%.Or by knob selection: automatic, 75%, 83% constant pressure (regulated by potentiometers).One way or two way measurements can be selected:：Selectable current，The fixed range and automatic range measurement of the voltage; Automatic sorting and filing instructions,Sorting machine interface.Bidirectional measurement of 6 measurement data, through 6 sets of 4 green LED digital tube to display the measurement results.
